Disseminating Moon in Taurus: Scatterseed

Tuesday, we shift from the Full Moon phase into the Disseminating phase, when we act on what we’ve learned. This is where we shape illumination into something sharable.

As the Moon moved into Aries, sparks began sparking. A meeting with Jupiter. A meeting with Chiron. We’re expanding, healing, exploring.

The Disseminating phase begins with the Moon in early Taurus. Now Moon wants to slow down, find a steady course, and consider the long term.

Of course, this Moon approaches the North Node and Uranus. Do we know what’s ahead of us? How can we plan and prepare with these levels of uncertainty?

Yet we’re still wrapped in the magic of the Pisces Full Moon, tendrils of wonder holding our hearts.

What seeds has the Full Moon given you? Hold out your hand. Imagine the seeds. Are they solid and striped like pumpkin seeds? Tiny black dots like poppies? Or are they attached to fluffy parachutes like dandelion, milkweed, or cattails?

All seeds are prepared to move into the world. They have protection, mobility, and inside, the potential for growth. They can do better with our help, though, in finding the right soil and receiving what they need.

Conditions are good. Mercury and Venus continue to support each other, visiting each others’ homes. Venus squares Mars, a gentle reminder not to become too scattered, to stick to the plan. Mercury moves back to oppose Jupiter again, calibrating the balance between self and other.

Yes, Saturn edges closer to a square with Uranus. These times are fraught. There is tension. Uncertainty.

We can still plant seeds. We must still plant seeds. Whatever is best for the seeds in your hand, do that. Scatter them. Send them out into the world. Some will survive, thrive, and grow into something amazing.
