Waning Trine Moon in Gemini: Anxious

posted in: Gemini, Waning Trine | 0

Overnight, we’ll reach the waning trine between the Sun and Moon that falls within the Disseminating phase.

This is an easy flow of connection and information. This time around, we’ll need the flow to help ease the connection.

The Moon at 3 Gemini is tightly conjunct the North Node of the Moon. This first decan is a place of explosive information. The North Node dragon’s head can be greedy and voracious. Here we’re taking in more than we can manage.

The Sun at 3 Libra sits with Mars at 7 Libra. The first decan here is not yet awakened, which seems fitting for a combust Mars currently invisible in the sky. This is the Two of Swords, a place where a decisions needed but the way is not clear.

The Waning Trine is actually a Grand Trine in Air, with Saturn at 7 Aquarius anchoring the final point. Here we feel on our own. We have our principles, but however important they are to us, they seem to set us apart from others who don’t share them.

The Grand Trine is in turn actually a Kite, with the Sound Node in Sagittarius at the apex. This is a place of speed, movement, and change.

There’s not much grounding in this chart. The only planets in Earth are Uranus and Pluto, neither of whom feel stable.

I plan to continue to hold on to the message of the Taoist Moon in Taurus.

Tonight’s trine/ Grand Trine/ Kite shows us what happens when we’re ungrounded in this fractious time in history. It’s so easy (trine) to get caught up in doom scrolling, or the circling of our own anxious thoughts. If this trine arrives overnight for you (as it will for me), it might bring anxious or disturbing dreams.

Remembering to abide with change is a practice, a worthwhile but not always easy one. This trine will remind us to breathe and wait and stay peaceful.
