The predawn hours on Sunday bring three important shifts. Pay attention to your morning dreams on Sunday. They may be vivid and bring oracular messages.
Shift One: just after midnight, Saturn stations direct.
Saturn will begin to pick up speed after days stationed on this point. All of us with chart points around 18° will feel the easing of that pressure.
Saturn shifts into direct motion, allowing for progress on work and projects.
Saturn begins moving away from the Saturn–Uranus square, which starts to dissolve. Yay!
As Saturn stations, there’s a trine to Mercury as the Moon opposes Jupiter. Watch for perceptions, ideas, communications about values, long range plans, the Big Picture.
Shift Two: Venus enters Scorpio. This is an intriguing threshold. The goddess moves into Shadow as her cazimi point begins a shift into Libra. Linked patterns moving in different zodiacal directions.
Venus is in detriment in Scorpio, opposite her nighttime home in Taurus. It’s more difficult for her to act effectively. Watch as relationship issues, money matters, and questions of value shift into darker, more shadowy places.
Venus remains close to the Sun for some time, as both travel in the same direction. She will be tightly conjunct the New Moon eclipse, fully participating in its mystery and magic.

Shift Three: the Sun enters Scorpio. In a few weeks, we’ll reach Samhain, the opening into the darkest part of the ancient Celtic year. All you Scorpio Suns will soon be having your solar returns. Congratulations!
