Very early Friday, we enter the Disseminating phase, first phase after the Full Moon, when we share what we’ve learned.

A Gemini Moon is certainly up for sharing. Gemini notices All the Things, ready to share about every one of them. In 36 Faces, Austin Coppock suggests Gemini Moons benefit from slowing down.
This Gemini Moon, though, won’t be doing that. She is conjunct Uranus. The amount of info to be shared just went cosmic.
This Moon participates in the Big Change triangle that connects Uranus with Pluto and with Saturn and Neptune. Lots of intel, all at once.
Friday will definitely be a day for grounding practices. Deep, slow breathing. Slow movement. Less coffee. Less sugar. Less screen time.
We want to be receptive, but discerning. Attentive, without getting flooded. Important information will be coming through. Be selective.
Meanwhile, Jupiter continues to share beneficence all over the place. He moves to square the Chiron–Eris conjunction, offering big support for our healing work as we interact with the needs of the world.
The Sun moves into a tighter square with Jupiter, already within orb and so participating in Jupiter’s circles of care.
Mercury moves to conjunct Mars in Scorpio, signaling the undertow, the deep currents of change that trigger fear as well as insight.
So before we share, we are perceive, experience, collect, sort, frame. This critical step is also part of Gemini’s toolkit. Mutable Air is generative, combining and recombining in endless creativity.
The trick will be to know when to stop.
The Moon connected to the Big Change planets can be stressful. So, remember the distinction between good and bad stress, eustress and distress.
The big good events in our lives are legit stressful–the dream vacation, a wedding, a new house, a child. We know about the things that cause distress already.
The dual nature of Gemini at this Disseminating Moon will be finding a balance between eustress that energizes and motivates, and distress that drains and depletes.
Notice your mental and emotional states Friday and for the next days after. Where’s your balance point?
