We’re about to enter the Gibbous phase, with the Moon sesquiquadrate the Sun.
This square-and-half aspect is a push. With a Virgo Moon aspecting a Sun newly arrived in Taurus, this push will feel more like a nudge than a shove. Still, we’re being asked to look again.
As we careen toward the Full Moon in Scorpio, what step(s) have we skipped? What are we missing?
Of course, the big action the Jupiter–Uranus conjunction, exact tomorrow night and already very close. This conjunction will be tough to miss. Its meanings are wrapped up in big things: breakthroughs, achievements, new developments, and also disruptions, disjunctions, and breakdowns.
We’re waiting with bated breath for the news. What big new things will this conjunction link to?
Perhaps we’re missing the what to do part. What actions or responses will be called for?
Mars is in an interesting position in this regard. He’s translating light between Jupiter and Uranus right now. This is a matter of minutes. As we enter the Gibbous phase, we see Jupiter at 21º33’ and Uranus at 21º45’ Taurus, with Mars at 21º40’ of Pisces.
Mars is asking, we are we doing? What are we going to do?
This is Mars in Pisces, so the “ask” takes on a different resonance. Whether we’re looking cosmically, or into the future, this Mars wants to know about the long term and wide impacts.
In one sense, this is the same question Mercury Rx is asking. How are we doing with our “doing”? How is Aries working for, or against, our goals? What needs to be adjusted?
The Sun just arrived in slow, steady Taurus. After a heady time in Aries, this Sun is out to pasture and ready to take a nap. Something’s going to have to be really big to get this Sun moving.
The nudge from the Moon in Virgo focuses on not missing important details, making sure nothing and no one is left behind, and getting things right.
The upcoming Full Moon will be intense and illuminative. The Jupiter–Uranus conjunction is a once-every-14-years signal of great change.
