Gibbous Moon in Sagittarius: Innovation

posted in: Gibbous Moon, Sagittarius | 0

We’ll soon enter the Gibbous Moon phase, the square-and-a-half (sesquiquadrate) between Sun and Moon.

This is the final challenge, that moment when the heroine thinks she’s home free and suddenly one more problem turns up.

The challenge we meet this evening is about stepping outside the box into a new world.

The late Sagittarius Moon opposes Venus in Gemini as both square Neptune in Pisces. With Mercury trining Neptune, the possibilities for truly creative thinking are off the charts.

With the Sun squaring Uranus, we could dive into some pretty deep rabbit holes. A new conspiracy theory might entice us. Yet Eris is also involved, sextiling Venus and trining the Moon, keeping the world’s very real issues front and center.

The Moon moves to conjunct the North Node as Venus moves toward the South Node. What we see, what we choose, what we follow will influence our fate.

With Neptune and Uranus connected to the luminaries, it might feel as if messages are coming from outside us. If you work with your dreams or engage in visioning, note what comes through tonight.

The mood is intense but positive, the feeling of being on the verge of a fabulous idea.

The challenge might be sorting out the worthy from the merely fun. To reach the Full Moon apotheosis, be discerning as well as open hearted.

Before we reach the Full Moon, Mars reaches his square with Jupiter. Maybe a challenge to act on what we imagine now.
